VE Day Scarecrow!

I took a photo of this chirpy scarecrow towards the start of the lockdown when he was spreading cheer, thanking people and giving a reminder of the stay safe, stay home message. 

Sadly he was stolen from his spot about a week later. Why would you do that? Pointless! 

Anyway, today he made a return! A new scarecrow but with a similarly important message. He's now outside the sandwich shop, maybe so he can be a little more protected and taken in each evening. However, he's reminding us of how important it is to commemorate such momentous parts of our history, 75 years on.
