The dress in the forest

This dress stands in the middle of Mabie Forest. I don't know why.

D and I enjoyed a nice windy walk there this morning, though.

POSTSCRIPT! I have now found out what the sculpture is. It is one of seven which represent the 7 Stanes mountain biking centres. This one is called the Ghost Stane and it references the nearby National Museum of Costume at Shambellie House and the white monks of Sweetheart Abbey.

The other six are:

Ae - Talking Head
Glentress - meteorite (with inscription in Klingon!)
Newcastleton - Border Stane
