A perfect day for bee farming, fine, warm and still. First session for a keen 10 year old apprentice. Start with a session on behaviour around bees, main point is keep calm. Ace apprentice confident handling frames of bees. She can identify capped honey, nectar, capped and uncapped brood, stored pollen plus parts of the National Hive.
