A shaft of light

It's been another glorious day with the odd cloud drifting overhead.  Big fluffy ones that have me mesmerised.  Have you ever stopped to think that not one cloud is ever the same?  Just me then.

A Sainsbury's delivery this morning, with most things I ordered.  Note to self:  Stop buying biscuits.

I confess I haven't watched the VE Day celebrations because I want to be outside as much as possible before the weather changes.  There is a sort of street party up the road but we're leaving them to it.

We had a lovely walk through the woods this afternoon and I loved the light shining on this fern.
