Scottish Girls Friendly Society

This is another building we pass all the time walking back from school that I didn’t know anything about. It is flats now, but used to be the Scottish Girls Friendly Society. Some of the girls arriving in town from the Hebrides to work in the mills would stay here. I like the fancy window.
