Cooling Off

It was just after 10 when we headed up to the park for today's c25k run. Week 5, run 3 is a 20 minute run, which seemed a big step up from previous runs but they did it, C was chatting for much of the last half too.

Back home and C's task for the day was to complete one of a list of VE day related ideas, including making bunting which we had planned to do anyway. We had a happy afternoon cutting and sewing before heading to the garden to enjoy the sunshine. For C that was listening to a book, for me circuits with my sister via video call.
