Red Trumpets

Yet another glorious day, and 20C was a bit too hot for me to do gardening.
I had a surprise package from Jacqui, a beautiful Ehrman tapestry kit that she had inherited. It’s the Tuscany Landscape and quite large, with many different lovely yarn colours. I spent a while sorting out the colours, but had to go outside again as you can’t miss days like these!
Rob and I spent some time photographing bugs around the garden and were rewarded with a Brimstone butterfly, possibly only the second we have seen here.
Pepper had her usual walk down the lane, and then it was time for watering. Again.
