Second attempt...

This is the second attempt at loading a blip tonight as the cat stood on my keyboard, opened about five new tabs and managed to delete the first attempt.

Enjoyed work on the new computer today, plus had a brief visit from dad who dropped off some bread flour on the doorstep and had a distanced conversation on what to do with the potatoes.  The delifresh order arrived over lunch which meant a tasty sandwich with sourdough and home grown lettuce.  Exciting times.

This evening's walk was pretty good for wildlife, started with curious cows and a startled pheasant.  Then spotted a couple of small birds which I didn't recognise (see extra - anyone know what they are? a tiny bit bigger than a sparrow).  On the way back there were also a couple of  young deer hanging out who I got to spy on for a bit until they noticed me, then a sadder note as there was a crow who looked like he might have had trouble flying who I got really close to.  We've done quite a bit of bird rescue before but knew we wouldn't have any space to look after this chap, and he looked pretty healthy so I left him to it.  May go back tomorrow to see if he's still there.
