J + 51 - Elderflower

The elderflower cordial I made yesterday is very tasty. We will enjoy it this summer and I will make some panacotta tomorrow.

Our prime minister confirmed we will get out of lockdown on Monday which is a relief. We are however not out of the wood yet and the future is still up in the air. What will the new normal be? When can we resume travelling which is a big part of our work ?
