Tedious.

Tedious job of painting the wrought iron gate ..... only in lockdown does a job like this get done. Actually it wasn’t too bad sitting in the sunshine and listening to the radio, I’d got nowhere else to be. This gate has quite a few layers of paint on it, we’ve had it for a long, long time and it owes us nothing. We’ve photographed generations of our dogs peering through it over the years.

Just been out for our Thursday night applause, it sounded like a party out there as we came in, everyone chatting and laughing. To think it was still dark when we started the 8pm clapping for the NHS and key workers at the start of lockdown.
