The view from the chair

Had to set the alarm this morning, to be at the dentist for 7:00am. An ungodly hour indeed. Just as well I’m ungodly too. One of my crowns, fell out last week. It had been in place since the earth was warm, so I guess iron disgrace it finally gave up the ghost. I’m currently in the pause between the prep work and placement of the new crown. I can here the machine churning away in the next room, making the new crown from a block of porcelain, or whatever they use. All very high-tech, our dentist.
