Fallen off the wagon

This trailer Chassis looks to have fallen off the wagon. A beautiful warm day with a cracker Nor Wester punching out later this afternoon. A positive session via Telehealth with my Physio this afternoon, my Hamstring is almost right and our aim is to be able to run my Sunday long Run  (21+ Km ) pain free. She is pleased I am doing all the right things ( for once), I am foam rolling and using a Hockey Ball to roll out he knots in my Hamstrings and Glutes quite painful but seems to work. I think it shoulder be called a torture session and not Physiotherapy.
