Buzz!

Bees love this shrub at this time of the year when it is covered in flowers and since this plant is to be removed soon to make way for a swimming pool in our back yard it seemed timely to record it.

I found bees much harder to capture in focus than I thought...they won't obligingly sit still to be photographed!
