Running from the storm

I had a spectacular walk with Abe this morning. He was a wild thing, racing around with tongue and ears akimbo. He ran back to me whenever I whistled and just seemed full of joy. He really made me smile.

I had an iron infusion in the middle of the day. Hopefully my iron levels will increase now.

A meeting after work then a quick visit to the osteo (a follow up from Monday’s appointment).

Am evening walk with Abe soon and another meeting about student wellbeing.

We have leftovers for dinner tonight - pumpkin soup - yum!
