~Sunset Contrasts~

I'm struck by the side by side differences of sky and earth in tonights sunset image. The earth is hard and jagged, dark and unforgiving, while the sky is soft and diverse, colorful and full of emotion. Whatever your beliefs, the contrast between heaven and earth are so unmistakable to the observer. Some might want to visualize this sky as a fiery all consuming entity, but I personally don't see it that way. I see God or natures, that is your choice, way of displaying his or her love of beauty, and doing it in a way that shares it with us.
