Baba Ghanosh

I made it for the 1st time. It's tasty but needs to be smoked to have that truly deep, fabulous flavor. I paired it with my Romano cheese and Parmesan crisps. I called my neighbor to have him pick it up at our adjoining wall. Than we had a virtual happy hour.
