I had the older one come down to be educated. Actually the lads don't get any time away from each other. OK, they chop and change houses which breaks it up for them, but their mum was really toiling with them both on days of home schooling, so I said why not send one down one day, then another down a couple of days later. That way we each get 1-1 time with them both and more importantly they get a break from each other.

Lunchtime we did a 10 mile loop up to Cramond then up to Barnton and back along the cycle path (it was a stiff head wind on the back nine, so I figured it was better to come home along the path and not straight into the wind - worked out well.)

Tom vanished late afternoon, as did I shortly thereafter; another beer in the garden at Hers and then homewards.
