The pilgrimage back to the swing the woods.... 

We took Little Ro too, and after quite a bit of sparring, we basically turned into two kids taking turns on the swing....! Good fun, hands a little sore from the rope.

Had therapy session in my car on the phone. Like being in a sauna, nearly sweated to death...
