Baking aftermath

Tried Delia's All-In-One sponge recipe again, but used the more involved method of her Victoria sponge cake, added more cocoa powder, and, as I don't have any caster sugar, put the granulated sugar in my little hand held electric whizzy choppy machine to make it finer, although I might have have whizzy chopped it for a few seconds to many as it was almost as fine as icing sugar. Nice one, missus. 

Haven't tried it yet as I'm waiting for it to cool down completely, but it looks considerably less anaemic than my last effort.
