Heather

The road to Solalex is now open so we drove there then walked up to Anseindaz this afternoon after work. Most of the snow has now melted and the heather was in full bloom.

We saw bouquetin high on the mountain side (see extra) that seemed to be mounting, chamois and a Bearded Vulture put in an appearance. It was fabulous to see and it’s true size could be seen as he appeared to be mobbed by a flock of Alpine Choughs.
