Pond flowers

The garden pond is presently alive with these beautiful yellow iris. They multiply so fast and appear every year. The pond is home to many frogs and even more tadpoles just now. We often hear the croaking in the evening. 
It has been a warm sunny day here and it has been largely spent in the garden. The summerhouse needs a coat of paint and it will probably get some paint tomorrow. Thankfully i bought the paint before the lockdown arrived.
It is good news that there have been no new infections once more in the island as we move towards the next stage of exit. Takeaways may open soon with more recreation possibilities and the possibility of enjoying larger family groups.
