It has been a busy day and I was sorry that I could not fit in my usual walk. This was because I had to fit in a very boring Zoom course on the intricacies of how Universal Credit is calculated and operated for Citizens Advice. I was pleased that I could do it from the comfort of home with a cup of tea. The packing team is getting more and more and efficient.  Today they completed 30 bags in 23 minutes as we had a line production system working for selecting and packing the groceries.
