Basil

So today's Wide Wednesday is hosted by Steveng and the theme is Enhanced Perspective. I am very new to photography and so please do advise me.. I seem to have enhanced focus not really perspective here? 
The basil plant is a new one today as the other one was very leggy and has been stood down!
