Unknown flower.

Taken on our walk today.  It was a very tall spiky plant with this flower on the top of one of the tall spikes.  I see them all the time so I know it's not rare just not one I have grown.  Today was the electrician to work on the kitchen.  Tried a new recipe in the Instant Pot and it came out well, so far we are not hungry.  Thats all for today.
