Out for a run this morning. The conditions were ideal and the birds were in good voice. Home for a coffee and then some sanding and filling in preparation for painting.

Spotted this flower in the woods. Could anyone help with identifying it please?

Our youngest son Thomas has received information how his university plans to manage assessment. Online lectures continue and then online open book exams. To safeguard students they will either take the marks from last year or from assessments this year if 40% of assessments have been completed this year. Tom had a very good first year so cannot get a lower mark this year. As an incentive to keep working his exam results will appear in his degree. Just relieved that the university have done their best not to disadvantage students.
