Rye sourdough

I have to wait 24 hours to see if this Russian wholemeal rye loaf is edible. The dough recalls The Great British Pottery Throwdown - you add water to your hands to shape it. I wish I knew what I was doing. The extra shows one of the Upminster golf courses but unlike Paul I cannot go in and walk around. The course is split by a main road and I hope to do an Abbey-Road-style shot of golfers wheeling carts across the road when lockdown is over.
