Day 28 of 365 - The Reconciliation in the Ruins!

Welcome to day 28 of 365.

Today's shot is of a Statue in the grounds of the Old Coventry Cathedral Ruins called Reconciliation.

The sculpture was originally called 'Reunion' and was created by Josefina de Vasconcellos.

A Bronze cast of the Sculpture was given to the Cathedral by Richard Branson in 1995 to mark 50 years since the end of the Second World War.

As always the picture was taken using my iPhone 5. I used the App Pro HDR to take the picture. The photo was then edited using Snapseed to clear up some of the highlights. Finally I used one of my favourite Apps called ShockMyPic to add a bit more depth to the picture.

I hope that you all like the different angle that I used to take the picture. This was so I could include one of the feature walls of the Ruins in the background.
