Make Do and Mend

This lockdown has brought out my wartime alter ego. For the past couple of weeks I’ve found myself toasting the ends of the bread rather than binning them. A quick grind in the food processor and we have a jar of flavourful crumbs for chicken and fish etc. Get me!
