Rabbie's Burn

I noticed the Alva Burn was in spate tonight when I was taking the dog around the block earlier, so when the kids were tucked up in bed I had to go back and try a long exposure. This is taken next to the Famous No5 Inn where Robbie Burns once stayed .. that's as much as I know. This composition would be dull as dishwater and a bit crowded in daylight, but at night it works quite well. The long exposure makes the raging burn look a bit cute and cuddly though - it wasn't!
