Boots and Backpacks on One Street

I was walking along a very gray, wet street, and look what the bus dropped off! A whole group of brightly-colored cute kids!

This One Street, Westminster Ave SW, has been pretty quiet for quite a few years because most of the people who lived here were older and the kids were grown up and gone. Within the last 4-5 years, families with small children have started moving in. What fun to see and hear the kids again! The parents of these children had to call and get bus service started, because there had been no riders for so long. The man on the bike in the distance is a custodian at the school and rides his bike down this street to and from work almost every day.
