Been quiet for a couple of days because at 06:36 on Friday 1st I was emailed seconding me (press-ganging me?) to the emergency support system for the self employed that started to go live today.

I am due to do tier 3 work - better known as dispute resolution but I have had to learn how to use our remote telephony services etc then learn the underpinning rules etc - in training material that was only released today and has to be finished by Thursday 8th 

Meanwhile my proper chair arrived today to save my poor back - Kassie tried it but I don't think she'll be making use of it regularly.
