National Remembrance Day

Normally we flag from 18.00 hours until sunset on this day, but this year there’s a different protocol.
Because lots of ceremonies have been cancelled, because of the Corona virus, and because it’s been 75 years since World War II ended in The Netherlands the national flag instruction is to flag from sunrise until sunset.

Tonight the King will speech on the Dam square in Amsterdam and there will be no audience present. Should be a historical National Remembrance today.
