Winter squash

All but one of my winter squash seeds germinated. I have removed the plastic bags off the top and put them on the kitchen windowsill.  The cosmos and marigold seedlings are now hardening off outside.  This morning's yin yoga was not too demanding but I felt tired after all the digging and gardening done at the weekend.  Today's deliveries proceeded quickly as there were plenty of volunteers to take the boxes and bags to the school. There was so much fruit donated by Greenyard, in the region of 100 kilos, that we were able to supply four care homes and send a box the the local surgery as a thank you for their work.
