Rama Dama Day 2

Franz & son Markus arrived with the big tractors to load the tree trunks which we had cut into 4m lengths and cart them back to our place. The bigger New Holland on the left was built in the UK.

Markus works in a manufacturing business in Memmingen. This week they have a little less work & so are organising two shifts of 5 hours, one ending at midday, the second starting at 1:00 pm so that there is no lunch break/canteen and the two shifts don't have contact. Next week full production again but they will be using such methods to reduce the infection risks.

Have to say it is weird/difficult to keep social distancing with such good friends but slowly one is getting used to it.
