Searching For Light

Struggling for ideas on a cloudy day, I tried unsuccessfully to photograph flowers, but my heart wasn't in it. I could see some light emerging below the cloud cover as the sun dropped lower.

I liked the twisted trees silhouetted against a bright horizon. Trees grow towards the light, I imagine that's way we have so many leaning over.

I tried to make something of the blue/orange contrast between the clouds and sunlight.
