Always enjoy...

this view of the Plateau on the way down after a great walk. Had expected rain but it stayed dry if not as hot as desired! Lots of wildflowers including Primroses, Forget me nots, Wood Anemones, Wood Sorrel and many more. All the birds were singing again, thrushes, Blackbirds, Chaffinches, Willow Warblers, Crossbills and up on the moorland the waders, including Curlew, Lapwing and Oystercatchers.
