Heron

As we were returning from our government permitted walk in the lovely evening sunshine, I spotted an interesting shaped log on the pond and wondered whether I could make a decent composition with it.  Then I noticed the heron sitting on the top.  The longest lens I had with me (100mm on a MFT camera  - equivalent to 200mm on a full frame) was not really long enough, but it was a lovely sight even if the resulting photograph is nothing to get excited about.
