LD 40. Setting out and measuring.

Erected a short bit of low fence; our younger son here using my late father’s Try Square and my wife’s late father’s Stanley Tape. We did a good job. The little gate required will be the challenge, a slope is involved and one of the pre-existing posts isn’t exactly straight. That’s for another day.

Had a good short chat with a former colleague this morning; he’s now in a Care Home. I used to visit him at home occasionally, his new establishment is currently closed to all comers. He’s well. That’s good.

Family FaceTime - learned that Police Scotland had dispersed a hot tub party near my son’s place (that’s good).
