Nuthatch

It's been lovely to have a wander through the wood with my long lens today and very pleasing to have captured the Nuthatch. 

I don't know what I've done but I've got a stiff neck and a painful hip, I usually keep ache and pain free but perhaps going at a steadier pace when I do Pilates is what I should start doing.  We're going to have a relaxing evening in front of the TV   -  no news or documentaries hopefully just something entertaining and easy to watch.
