Silly Saturday Selfie!

Christine from next door has had her sewing machine out and has made face masks for herself, Ben, and me. They are great. I don’t really do “selfies”, but thought I’d try one today with my mask for the Silly Saturday Challenge (thanks, as ever, to Admirer for hosting). I was just getting into position when I noticed that I was being photobombed by a wood pigeon and JJ!

You may also notice my COVID haircut. I had my reasonably long hair cut at the start of the year, but wasn’t getting to grips with the short bob and every time I looked in the mirror it reminded me of a TV programme from my childhood called “Crystal Tipps and Alistair”! I booked another appointment at the hairdresser, but lockdown descended upon us before it came. Nothing else for it then, but to order clippers from Amazon and do it myself! I’m fairly happy with the result and after three cuts the clippers will have paid for themselves! Maybe it just as well I’m furloughed!!
