Cheery Buttercups

JJ and I have been for a long(ish) walk this morning, then I sat outside with my cup of tea and JJ stayed in to read the paper he had been down to the garage for early this morning.

Cider in the garden before lunch and this afternoon I've been fiddling with photographs, whilst himself has been pottering in the garden.

It's the anniversary of my paternal grandfather's birthday today and he would have been 143.  Regrettably he died before I was born.

Some of you have seen my Facebook post last night when I asked if it was ok to ask for a divorce in order to marry a hairdresser.

I've added an extra of a Speckled Wood, the first that's stayed still long enough for me to photograph.
