Taken sitting under a lovely Scots Pine tree with a view as far as Glencoe. It’s a lovely spot to sit and clear the mind, enjoying nature and seeing all the birds swooping past.

My good friend Gillian in Glasgow told me today that CV has arrived to the Care Home that her mum is in. She’s trying to keep positive but can imagine that’s so hard. The mind goes into overdrive.

Good friend no more. Another casualty of Covid. I am unsure what happened but G became all consuming in herself and angry at other people if they didn’t do the ‘right’ thing in her eyes.
