Early...

After a gap of a few days, I got up very early and went for my walk. The sun was out & a bit breezy but warm enough not to have a coat. 

My main blip is of a gorgeous little lapwing chick that was very close to the road I was walking on. It had temporarily been left by the adult as it had a sibling who had gone of wandering in the field. The adult was calling away trying to find the other chick and eventually they were all reunited. 

More lovely hares too, the one in the extra was close to the lapwing family. Viewed in large is better if you can.
