Oliver!

To try and redress the balance (that I'm not all bad at work), here is today's star patient...Oliver! His dad is a dear friend of mine and said I would be getting a visit from his ickle rascal, sadly I was elsewhere today but had promised a 'goody bag' so I managed to delegate the task to my glamorous assistant LouLou.
From the look on Oliver's face, she did well :-)
so did Oliver too!
