A Mayday Efflorescence

These make me happy. The vanilla scented pale pinky white ones are about to erupt too. A good and careful walk through the woods and around the village took in some good other specimens too. And day rounded with New Amsterdam, some reflections on key books, thanks to Lloyd A (and Maj Sjöwell’s final exit) and a lovely wee sniff of Lagavulin 16.
