Shottery (where else?)

I managed to get out between the showers for a walk this afternoon.  I was on the lookout for flowers for today's Flower Friday hosted by Biker Bear and thought this configuration of cow parsley looked quite nice.

This morning I baked a Broccoli and Risotto Torte, see extra, which we had for tea with a nice salad.  One of the issues of being in lockdown is not necessarily having all the ingredients needed. So improvisation is required, in this case I had no white wine, but I did have a small amount of red, so I threw that in, also I had no parmesan cheese, so mature cheddar had to do.  It still tasted OK at the end of the day.
