In the pink

Horse chestnuts putting their candles on show.  Majority are white but the odd pink bloom makes a change.
During the relaxation period after Zoom yoga this morning I opened my eyes to see hailstones bouncing two feet in the air on my patio.
Sun is now shining but it was a bit muddy in the wood this morning when walking on some woodchip paths
On the 1st of May I always think of Mel Torme singing 'Mountain Greenery', because the opening line is 'On the first of May it is moving day'
