Lazy Day
THURSDAY WFH Day #29
Had to make an early start due to having four back-to-back virtual meetings, so no running, no rowing or stepping before work this morning.
By evening I had only completed 4,800 steps so ended up walking 5,000 steps on the treadmill whilst doing the Times Sudokus so as to scrape past my daily target.
A dull and cool day, brightened by the Clematis at the bottom of the drive.
Chicken and mango chutney sandwiches for lunch.
I cooked a delicious prawn, tuna and Chinese vegetable egg fried rice for dinner.
Just 10,165 steps in total today
