The Star Inn
Our walk today was down into town, so that Mr A could post a recorded mail letter at the post office, that is now contained within WH Smith. So, I sat outside in the sunshine and took a quick snap of the 16th century The Star Inn, where we enjoyed a few pub lunches prior to the lockdown. I'm guessing that the pub has never been shut down previously at any time during its history?
Strange times indeed...
Thought for the day:
"Look at all our old men in pubs. Look at all our young people on drugs." (Sinead O'Connor)
