Thai Takeaway

There are two Thai places in Braga. Both open for takeaway.
Today we called ahead to Rá-Chá-Kao for lunch, (because we knew there would be leftovers later for a light dinner). I had my favourite, Yellow Curry Chicken, and Layne had Pad Thai. Well, there will be some Pad Thai leftovers. We chose a rosé vinhos, Santa Vitória from our wine cellar closet, that went great with both. They always include a crispy appetizer also. All handling after the pickup was done carefully and food was transferred to our plates easily.

A table blocked their entrance, so minimal interactions take place. We paid cash, easy for both sides, and disinfectant was available if needed. As it was the first visit to downtown since early March, it was nice to get out, but very few businesses were open, and very few cars and people as well. Portugal has a slow return-to-normal plan, starting in a few days, that sounds well coordinated, but we will be keeping a low profile. All festivals in a country that has 'many' have been cancelled. With gatherings over ten excluded.
